4 Simple Steps to Owning a JH Home!

Step 1

Identify Your Home/Lot

Tear down Your home
OR
Purchase an existing home/lot build on.

Meet with our team to discuss what your want and need in your new home.

Meet with lenders about obtaining a C/P (Construction Perm) loan.

Step 2

Select & Design Your Home

Meet with us to select one of our professionally designed floorplans, and we’ll discuss how to customize it for your lifestyle.

You’ll select your interior finishes. (This is really fun!)

As permits are obtained you’ll close on your loan.

Step 3

Construction Begins

Sitework begins on your lot. Sitework management will continue throughout the construction phase of your home.

You’ll have multiple scheduled progress meetings with your superintendent at your homesite during construction.

There is a detailed quality inspection process throughout each stage of construction. (And we do mean detailed!)

Step 4

Move-In!

During your home orientation, you will be introduced to your new Classic home, and familiarized with all the systems, etc.

You will meet with a 3rd Party Warranty Manager, who will explain our warranty process.

Once we’re sure everything is up to our standards, it’s all yours!

Time to move in and begin your new life in your new Classic Home!
