• Obtain financing. This is usually done through a C/P or construction-to-permanent loan.
• Choose a customizable home design from our portfolio. Customize your home with options such as multigenerational suites, expanded kitchens, solariums, additional garage bays or elevators.
• Permits and financing are secured.
• Sitework is done to prepare the lot.
• Construction begins on the home. Throughout the process we’ll keep you up to date with regular meetings.
• When construction is complete, we’ll take you through the home for an orientation. You’ll learn how to operate all systems and we’ll point out special features. In a separate meeting you’ll learn about your home warranties from a third-party warranty manager.
• We meet again for the closing.
• You move in to your new home!
