As a semi-custom home builder, we start with our customizable floor plans and tailor them to the desires of each client. You can customize your chosen floor plan with our pre-designed options.  We can also make changes to suit your particular needs. Starting with a base plan saves you thousands of dollars but still gets you a home that feels fully custom.

At JH Homes, we respect your cultural and faith traditions. Any of our plans can be customized and built with Feng Shui and Vastu Shastra principles. We can create Puja rooms, add prep kitchens and multigenerational accommodations or make other adjustments so that your house becomes a true home for you and your family.

Our semi-custom base plans are available in three series: Heritage, Estate and City. Heritage Series homes are two stories and range from 3,240-8,930 square feet. The Estate Series features grand homes from 6,530-15,885 square feet. City Series plans are designed for in-town lots and are 2,760-6,030 square feet. All can be expanded to suit your needs.
